Setting Goals (the simple way)

So someone asks your about your Goals?

Does that question overwhelm you?

It sure does for me!

I have been reading a lot about goals and it has really seemed to boil down to this:

#1- There are short term goals and long term goals.

#2- Your long term goals are your Dreams!
Where do you want to go, what do you want to do, to be, to see?

#3- Your short term goals are what you want to accomplish today, tomorrow, this week, this month, this year.  They are your confidence builders for your dreams.

#4- Write out in a notebook your Personal, Family and Business goals.

#5- Work on them each day, and congratulate yourself when you have completed!

#6- Plan them out and set a size to your goals. No matter how BIG or how small. Your goals affect everything in your life. What is your purpose?

#7- Set a deadline to your goals.

Have a great week and be sure to write down what is important to you!

Pesto Chicken & yummy fresh leftovers

Don't you love when you can have leftovers and not have to worry about making another meal for the next day? It's the BEST!

Here is a yummy Pesto Chicken recipe. I didn't have sliced tomatoes to add to mine, but did add yummy cherry tomatoes to my side salad!

Here is some leftover of the chicken I put in a container and placed in the fridge for the next day.

I diced it up and through it on my salad for a quick lunch!!

It was delicious!

Take the time to be Active in the Winter

My dreams lately have been consisting of green grass, camping, boating, warmth, and SUN!

The winter blues are not to be talked about lightly. Am I right?

This time of year has me down and since we have been sick, and finally feeling better. I am ready to get back to my workouts so I can get me feeling back to normal.

There are HUGE benefits to getting in your exercise during the winter.

And feeling like yourself and motivated is one of them!

Exercising inside won't get you out into the Sun, but on cold days, that's quite all right with me.

Thankfully you can exercise indoors and still get those endorphins released to help you feeling happier and more with the program to take care of you and in turn take care of your littles.

Try some exercises from Pinterest, or try some on You Tube.

If you are looking for a 30-90 day program, with your own Personal Trainer cheering you on.

Contact me and I can help you decide just the right one for you!

Exercising in the Winter is so important for you to stay Sane.

You're hearing me- right Mom's!
